Once a contract is ratified we work with your company to make sure the settlement occurs as scheduled. We handle any addendums, negotiations, inspections, or other duties necessary to smooth out the pre-closing process. Although many REO agents do not attend the closing, we will attend every closing for your company. You are an important client and our representation of your interests continues through the closing. As hard as we try, we know that sometimes issues come up at the closing table and it is important that we are present to help resolve them.
